Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on printing machinery
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Calibrate and adjust equipment parameters for optimal performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation
- Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and hydraulic/pneumatic principles
- Certification in industrial maintenance preferred
- Experience with printing machinery is advantageous
- Proficiency in technical documentation and schematics
- Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
