Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and annotate clinical data to train and refine sophisticated AI machine learning models.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance on AI-generated medical documentation to ensure clinical accuracy.
- Collaborate with software engineers to provide domain expertise on medical terminology and workflows.
- Develop and maintain gold-standard datasets for clinical validation.
- Identify and troubleshoot inconsistencies in medical data processing.
- Contribute clinical insights to product development meetings to improve user experience for healthcare providers.
- Ensure all data handling complies with international healthcare privacy and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Pharmacist with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of active clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy setting.
- Outstanding command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in clinical documentation.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with complex software and digital platforms.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex medical scenarios.
- Previous experience in medical transcription, clinical coding, or health-tech is a significant advantage.
