Tanggung Jawab
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor surgical procedures.
- Perform routine patient assessments, including taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate).
- Manage patient registration, medical records, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Administer medication and injections as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Maintain clinical hygiene standards and ensure all medical equipment is sanitized and prepared.
- Provide clear health education and post-treatment instructions to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assistant studies, or a related field.
- Registered with the relevant Malaysian medical authorities (e.g., LJM/MA Board) is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a clinic or hospital setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for compassionate patient care.
- Ability to work shift rotations to support our 24-hour service model.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work independently and as part of a high-pressure clinical team.
