- Process and submit medical claims for US healthcare providers with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure proper medical coding using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for US billing standards
- Follow up on pending claims and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare billing guidelines
- Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to optimize reimbursement processes
- Process patient accounts, statements, and handle billing-related inquiries professionally
- Contribute to revenue cycle optimization and identify opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in medical billing or healthcare administration
- Strong knowledge of US medical billing codes including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
- Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health record systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment in Quezon City
