In this role, you will play a critical part in the revenue cycle management process, ensuring that medical claims are processed accurately, payments are reconciled, and insurance follow-ups are handled with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end medical billing process including charge entry and claim submission.
- Monitor and resolve unpaid insurance claims and follow up on delayed payments.
- Analyze and appeal denied or rejected claims by communicating effectively with insurance carriers.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to medical services.
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and company data privacy policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (US Healthcare experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
