- Optimize billing and claims processing for home care agencies using specialized software
- Analyze financial data to identify process improvements and reduce claim denials
- Ensure accurate coding and submission of claims to insurance providers and government payers
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies through research and verification
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify service documentation and billing compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports and performance metrics for agency partners
- Stay updated on healthcare billing regulations, coding standards (ICD-10, CPT), and compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing with home care or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong knowledge of medical coding, insurance claims processing, and healthcare regulations
