- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes for healthcare accounts
- Ensure accurate medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and charge entry
- Process and follow up on insurance claims to maximize reimbursement
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient account inquiries
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations
- Generate regular billing performance reports for clients
- Collaborate with medical coding and clinical documentation teams
- Identify process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of medical billing experience in healthcare RCM
- Certification in medical billing (CPC, CMRS) preferred
- Proficiency in medical billing software (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
