Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including claim submission and tracking.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups on unpaid or denied claims with insurance carriers.
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure maximum reimbursement for healthcare providers.
- Process insurance payments and patient adjustments accurately in the billing system.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company data privacy policies.
- Prepare regular financial reports and aging analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue cycle workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Nursing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in US Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Experience with major Practice Management software (e.g., Epic, NextGen, Kareo, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate insurance portals effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a night shift schedule.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume environments.
