Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate comprehensive medical cases for international patients across Bali
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and insurance companies
- Monitor treatment adherence and adjust care plans based on patient progress
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards
- Provide culturally sensitive support to international patients navigating healthcare systems
- Conduct regular patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (Doctor) with valid Indonesian medical license
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical case management or clinical coordination
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and international medical standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Certification in case management or healthcare administration preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Empathetic approach with cultural sensitivity toward international patients
