Virtual Champs Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Case Manager to join our specialized US Medical Lien team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing personal injury (PI) cases from inception to resolution, ensuring optimal patient outcomes while maintaining financial control and compliance with healthcare lien regulations.
You will collaborate closely with medical providers, legal teams, insurance adjusters, and patients to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and funding approvals. Your expertise in medical records review, lien management, and settlement negotiations will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze medical records to assess case validity, treatment appropriateness, and funding requirements for personal injury claims
- Approve and manage treatment funding requests in accordance with established guidelines and lien regulations
- Coordinate with medical providers, attorneys, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless care delivery and documentation
- Control and monitor healthcare liens throughout the case lifecycle, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Drive cases toward successful settlement by preparing comprehensive case summaries and negotiating with all parties involved
- Maintain accurate case documentation and update case management systems with timely progress notes
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Prior experience in medical case management, insurance coordination, or healthcare lien processing is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and documentation standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and case management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a remote setting
- Knowledge of US healthcare lien laws and personal injury case procedures is a plus
