Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable follow-up for medical claims across multiple insurance payers
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and underpayments through systematic analysis
- Document all collection activities in billing systems with detailed audit trails
- Generate monthly reports on aging accounts and collection performance metrics
- Coordinate with clinical teams to obtain missing claim documentation
- Implement process improvements to reduce claim rejection rates
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing/collections experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and insurance claim processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
