We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder (PHRN, CIC/CCS) to join our team in Cebu. In this impactful role, you will serve as a critical auditor for our growing client base, ensuring that medical records are accurately coded and that claims are processed in compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Audit medical records and assigned medical codes to ensure accuracy and compliance with ICD-10 and CPT guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and clients to resolve coding queries and clarify documentation discrepancies.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for quality improvement.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on evolving coding standards and healthcare regulations.
- Support the client base by providing high-quality coding and auditing services that drive financial and clinical success.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical coding or healthcare auditing.
- Strong working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using medical coding software and electronic health record systems.
