Join EXL Services as a Medical Coder and become an integral part of our healthcare revenue cycle management team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate medical coding validation, applying appropriate fee schedules, negotiating with healthcare providers, and maintaining timely processing of medical bills and records. Our ideal candidate brings 2+ years of hands-on experience with CPT and HCPCS coding systems, coupled with a professional credential (PHRN or Non-RN). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve coding discrepancies, stay current with regulatory updates, and contribute to the integrity of our medical records. Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of CPT and HCPCS coding experience
- Professional credential as PHRN or Non-RN required
