- Lead compliance initiatives for ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification required
- Minimum 3 years medical coding experience with 1+ years team leadership
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proven experience in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
