Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of medical concierge professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient service
- Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and follow-up care across various departments
- Implement and maintain service standards for medical concierge operations
- Train and develop concierge staff on hospital policies, procedures, and customer service excellence
- Resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Valid Philippine nursing license
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient care protocols
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and software
