Tanggung Jawab
- Present and promote our pharmaceutical product portfolio to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in assigned territories.
- Organize and conduct product briefings and medical seminars to drive product awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare sector developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of clinical knowledge.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on call activities and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company ethics policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical detailing or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage, though fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is mandatory to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
