Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth for medical device portfolios within assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Provide expert clinical demonstrations and hands-on training to surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations and lead educational workshops to showcase technological benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and clinical support coverage.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide technical troubleshooting during clinical procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical application support.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in articulating complex technical or clinical information to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred for regional travel.
