Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for medical device portfolio in Jakarta territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to healthcare providers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare system and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Jakarta region
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
