Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, examinations, and medical history reviews to accurately diagnose conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, prescribing medication and administering minor medical procedures when necessary.
- Provide empathetic counseling and clear communication to patients regarding their health status, treatment options, preventative care, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging, and other laboratory analyses, to inform clinical decisions.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date patient medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient management.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Proven experience as a Medical Doctor, preferably within a primary care or general practice setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills with a friendly and caring approach.
- Strong diagnostic acumen and problem-solving abilities in a clinical context.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all patient interactions.
