Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history taking, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in line with best practices.
- Lead and oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with local medical regulations and guidelines.
- Provide professional development and mentorship to junior medical staff and nursing teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with data protection policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent medical degree.
- Registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Valid annual practicing certificate.
