Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new endoscopy product launches.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in the Indonesian healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and clinical adoption.
- Organize and manage professional medical workshops, product demonstrations, and educational seminars for healthcare professionals.
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for sales optimization.
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the endoscopy and gastroenterology fields.
- Manage end-to-end product documentation, regulatory readiness, and inventory forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a related Business field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or clinical sales within the medical device industry (Endoscopy experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian hospital procurement landscape and regulatory framework.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
