As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions including government hospitals, private hospitals, local health departments (Dinkes), and social services (Dinsos). Your primary focus will be on meeting and exceeding sales targets while promoting our high-quality medical equipment solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and engage potential clients in healthcare institutions including hospitals, clinics, and government health departments
- Present medical equipment solutions tailored to clients' needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and procurement processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the Padang area and occasionally to other regions
