Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, transport, and deliver medical specimens, lab reports, and supplies according to established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collections and deliveries using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict biohazard safety procedures and chain-of-custody requirements
- Coordinate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers to optimize delivery schedules
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure cleanliness of transport equipment
- Resolve delivery challenges proactively while maintaining service level agreements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding delivery status and potential delays
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year in logistics or healthcare transport
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record and familiarity with Pahang routes
- Certification in medical specimen handling or hazardous materials transport preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple delivery routes efficiently
- Knowledge of biohazard safety protocols and infection control standards
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy for digital documentation systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
