Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical specialists, surgeons, and healthcare decision-makers
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations at hospitals and medical institutes
- Drive sales growth by effectively communicating medical device benefits and clinical applications
- Travel extensively across designated territories to meet client needs and expand market presence
- Provide comprehensive product training to medical staff and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare technology
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with medical professionals
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust with specialists and hospital administrators
- Valid driver's license and willingness for extensive travel within Selangor
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Deep understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Self-motivated with resilience in fast-paced medical environments
