Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support for surgical navigation systems during hospital procedures.
- Ensure all surgical equipment is properly calibrated, prepared, and functioning before and during operations.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to facilitate seamless surgical workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime during critical medical procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of surgical cases and equipment usage according to company protocols.
- Travel across Johor and other states as required to support various medical facilities.
- Deliver training or orientations to medical staff regarding the navigation system's features and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting or medical device industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with high-profile medical specialists.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional under the high-pressure environment of an operating room.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for frequent travel to hospital sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential on-call duties or travel to other states.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
