- Diagnose and treat complex medical conditions using evidence-based protocols
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with specialists
- Lead clinical rounds and supervise junior medical staff during hospital rotations
- Conduct medical research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
- Participate in hospital committees for policy development and quality improvement
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical standards
- Provide emergency medical care and triage services in high-volume settings

Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from CHED-accredited institution
- Valid PRC license with at least 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Specialty training or fellowship in internal medicine or related field
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience in clinical research and academic publishing
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical software
