Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialized medical care to patients across diverse departments
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based protocols
- Lead multidisciplinary case conferences and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee clinical documentation ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in hospital committees focusing on quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid PRC license as a Physician with at least 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Board certification or eligibility in relevant medical specialty
- Proficiency in emergency medicine protocols and critical care procedures
- Demonstrated expertise in medical record management and healthcare documentation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
