Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various health conditions.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical officers, residents, and medical students within the hospital setting.
- Lead and participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of hospital policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct community outreach programs and health education activities to promote preventive medicine and public health awareness.
- Manage medical emergencies and provide critical care support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized and accredited educational institution.
- Must be a licensed Physician with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID and Certificate of Registration.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a Medical Officer or equivalent.
- Completed required training programs as specified by the Civil Service Commission and Department of Health for the position.
- Strong clinical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Bicol Region and render extended hours during emergencies or public health crises.
- Career Service Professional (or equivalent) eligibility is an advantage.
