Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily rounds, patient examinations, and comprehensive medical assessments to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
- Supervise junior medical staff, interns, and nursing personnel to ensure high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
- Develop and implement preventive health programs, vaccination drives, and community health initiatives within the hospital and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of patient medical records, charts, and clinical documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate actively in hospital committees, quality assurance programs, and continuous medical education (CME) activities.
- Collaborate with other specialists and departments to provide integrated, holistic care for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Must possess a valid Philippine Physician’s License and Certificate of Registration.
- Must be a holder of a Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility (preferably 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Grade) relevant to the position.
- At least 3 to 5 years of post-graduate medical practice experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Must be medically fit to perform the essential functions of the job.
