Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell state-of-the-art surgical robotics systems and consumables to hospitals, surgical centers, and private healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training for surgeons, OR nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Provide on-site technical and clinical support to surgical teams during live robotic procedures to ensure patient safety and product efficacy.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the region.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with post-sales support and engineering teams to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (experience in operating theater (OT) environments is highly advantageous).
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures, clinical workflows, and basic medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with medical specialists and hospital decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
