We are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Medical Product Specialist (Surgical Disposables) to drive business growth and manage key accounts in the Klang Valley and Perak regions.
As a key member of our sales team, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle for our specialized portfolio of surgical disposables. This includes drapes, gowns, sterilization wraps, sutures, and other single-use medical devices. Your days will be spent engaging with surgeons, operating theatre staff, and hospital procurement departments. You will conduct product presentations, organize clinical trials, provide hands-on product support during procedures, and diligently follow up on sales leads. Your ability to understand clinical needs and articulate the technical advantages of our products will be crucial to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of surgical disposable products to hospitals and clinics in the assigned territory (Klang Valley & Perak).
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, KOLs, and hospital procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical training, and in-service education sessions for medical professionals in the Operating Theatre (OT) environment.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and successful launch of new products.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in medical device sales, specifically within the operating theatre or surgical environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with high levels of initiative, integrity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Klang Valley and Perak territories.
- Valid driving license and own transport are required.
