Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor medical project lifecycles from inception through completion.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external medical professionals to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and company quality protocols.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, clinical timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and briefings to ensure team alignment and clear understanding of project deliverables.
- Oversee project budgets and resource utilization to maintain efficiency and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and local medical industry practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of professional integrity.
