Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately encode patient demographics and medical test requests into the Laboratory Information System.
- Manage front-desk operations including appointment scheduling and handling phone inquiries.
- Process billing transactions, collect payments, and manage daily financial reports accurately.
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding specimen collection and test requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient records in accordance with data privacy standards.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely result delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance the patient experience.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Diploma in any field; Healthcare related courses are an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy with a high level of accuracy in data entry and encoding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center is highly preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Willingness to work on a full-time schedule, including Saturdays if required.
- Residing in or willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
