Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome patients and visitors with a professional and warm demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform accurate and timely encoding of patient registration details, laboratory requests, and personal information into the system.
- Manage patient inquiries regarding laboratory services, pricing, and turnaround times with clarity and empathy.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth patient flow from reception to the testing area.
- Handle incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and electronic medical record management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area to ensure a comfortable patient experience.
- Process payments and provide official receipts in accordance with company financial protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course (Healthcare-related fields are preferred but not required).
- At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service, administrative, or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills with high attention to detail for data encoding tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while managing a high volume of patients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule as required by the branch.
