- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and providing exceptional customer service
- Attending to patient queries, needs, and concerns in a compassionate and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and managing clinic calendars
- Accurately encoding patient information and medical data into our electronic health records system
- Managing patient registration and verification of insurance information
- Handling phone inquiries and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in medical technology, nursing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic medical software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
