Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient registration, intake processes, and verification of medical documents.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding laboratory services, pricing, and availability with empathy and accuracy.
- Coordinate with medical staff and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Process payments accurately and issue official receipts in compliance with company financial protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Healthcare, Business, or Hospitality management preferred).
- Prior experience in a front-desk, customer service, or medical administrative role is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) and electronic record-keeping.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize with diverse groups of patients.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
