Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update patient medical records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage the secure storage, retrieval, and digitization of physical and electronic health records (EHR).
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure information consistency across departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and transcription tasks, including updating patient demographics and insurance details.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare privacy laws and organizational data security protocols.
- Assist in the auditing of records to identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Communicate effectively with patients and internal teams regarding medical record requests.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in medical records management or a similar administrative role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working effectively in a remote work environment.
