Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to medical practitioners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends within the Pampanga territory to identify new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Organize and facilitate medical workshops, seminars, and product launches.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and competitor movements.
- Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and ethical healthcare marketing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales-focused role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Pampanga region and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
