Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and detail SimplyNature International products to general practitioners, specialists, and hospital pharmacies within the assigned territory (Taguig and Greater Manila Area).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective territory management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) through regular visits and scientific discussions.
- Organize and conduct medical lectures, product presentations, and CME (Continuing Medical Education) events to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Provide accurate and timely product information, clinical data, and samples to HCPs in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insightful feedback to the marketing and sales management teams.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory plans using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to implement national marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the local level.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Taguig City / Metro Manila area.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred, but experienced sales professionals from related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to do field work and handle a demanding travel schedule.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with CRM software.
