Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical devices (hearing aids) to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, audiologists, and clinic staff
- Conduct product demonstrations and training on features/benefits of medical devices
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit to regional sales manager
- Organize promotional activities and medical device exhibitions
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (all majors welcome)
- Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Medan
- Target-driven with proven sales achievement record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills advantageous
- Basic knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology
