Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and drug stores to promote product awareness and availability.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Perform comprehensive market research to monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports to management regarding market trends and customer requirements.
- Organize and facilitate medical product presentations and small-scale seminars for healthcare providers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and product support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related healthcare/business field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the Bataan territory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
