As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of our company. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, providing accurate product information, and ensuring that our solutions reach the patients who need them most. We are looking for an individual who is not only sales-driven but also possesses a deep sense of integrity and a commitment to medical excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute daily sales visits to doctors, drug stores, hospitals, and medical clinics.
- Deliver professional product presentations to healthcare professionals to ensure product awareness and preference.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update an accurate customer database and manage territory sales records.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product launches to stay updated with industry developments.
- Monitor inventory levels at designated retail partners to ensure consistent product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related healthcare/business course.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a pharmaceutical sales role is preferred but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory of Lipa City and nearby areas.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
