Tanggung Jawab
- Promote company products and services to healthcare professionals including doctors, specialists, and pharmacists
- Regularly visit assigned territories including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical institutions
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity plans
- Stay updated on medical and scientific developments relevant to company products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related healthcare field
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or similar sales role in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain complex medical information clearly
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle (required for territory coverage)
- Results-oriented with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and ethical practices
