Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key medical professionals and procurement teams
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare marketing
- Deep understanding of hospital operations and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with medical professionals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Bandung region
