Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with key medical practitioners, clinics, and hospital procurement departments.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to ensure product awareness and clinical understanding.
- Stay updated on the latest medical research, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage your assigned territory efficiently, planning daily visits to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market challenges, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data through our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a related pharmaceutical sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and travel effectively within Metro Manila.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is highly desirable.
- High level of integrity and a genuine commitment to improving healthcare delivery.
