Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, and hospital staff.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned products within the Bandung and Purwakarta territories.
- Conduct regular product presentations and updates to HCPs to ensure informed prescription decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare sector developments.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market feedback, and territory performance to the management team.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal company policies and external pharmaceutical regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated resilience, target-driven attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas (Bandung and Purwakarta).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
