Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and strategic visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals to meet their specific needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional activities and product launches.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (essential for field work across Bulacan).
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
