As a Medical Representative for our Cardio Line, you will be responsible for the strategic promotion and ethical detailing of our world-class portfolio to physicians, cardiologists, and hospital pharmacy committees. Your primary goal is to build strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and scientific credibility, ultimately improving patient outcomes through our innovative therapies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically promote and detail cardiovascular products to cardiologists, internists, and general practitioners within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory sales action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and market share objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, medical education activities, and one-on-one detailing sessions to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical marketing regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for territory-specific promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, expense accounts, and administrative documents as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any Life Sciences related course. Registered Pharmacist (RPh) is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the cardiovascular, therapeutic, or ethical pharmaceutical segment.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Baguio City, Benguet, and surrounding areas.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to use a motorcycle for field work (reimbursement provided).
