Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic staff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key medical accounts in assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions on therapeutic applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record in sales targets
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and ethical practices
