Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell GSK's innovative pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals including doctors, specialists, and pharmacists
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders in assigned territory
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and sales strategies
- Execute effective product presentations and provide accurate scientific information about GSK therapies
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related healthcare field
- At least 1 year of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare sales (fresh graduates with high aptitude may apply)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willingness to travel across Central Visayas
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Philippine healthcare landscape and regulatory environment
